Limited Warranty

We build every paddle to last. If something goes wrong because of a materials or workmanship defect during normal play, here's how we make it right.

What's Covered

We warranty every paddle against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for as long as the warranty period runs. This is strictly about manufacturing quality — not damage from how a paddle was used, stored, or altered.

Warranty Period

6 Months of Coverage

Every Foam paddle is covered for 180 days from your purchase date, good for one claim per paddle. The clock starts the day you buy it.

Resolution

Approved claims get repaired or replaced — we'll decide which makes sense for the issue. We'll try to match your original model, color, and size; if that's not possible, we'll help you land on something close. Any replacement inherits whatever's left of the original warranty period.

How to Submit a Claim

Step 1 — email hello@foampickleball.com with your name, order number, what's going on with the paddle, when you first noticed it, and a few clear photos or a video of the issue.

Step 2 — we'll take a look and get back to you within 3–5 business days with a decision, plus next steps if it's approved.

Step 3 — send the paddle back to us. You cover shipping to us; we cover shipping on any approved replacement.

Every claim gets reviewed individually, so approval isn't automatic. Not sure if your situation qualifies? Ask us before you file.

Eligibility

Coverage is tied to the original buyer only and can't be transferred. You'll need proof of purchase — an order confirmation or receipt works — showing a purchase date inside the 180-day window.

This only applies to paddles bought through foampickleball.com or one of our authorized retailers. Paddles picked up secondhand — eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and the like — aren't covered.

What's Not Covered

This warranty is about defects, not the wear that comes from actually playing with the paddle. That means it doesn't cover normal wear and tear (grip breakdown, surface texture changes, light edge wear from regular play), cosmetic issues that don't affect performance (scuffs, paint wear, fading), damage from misuse (dropping, throwing, or using it for anything other than pickleball), damage from extreme heat, cold, or humidity, unauthorized structural changes, or commercial and rental use.

Won't void your warranty: lead tape, edge guard tape, edge guard weights, or an overgrip layered on the factory grip.

Will void your warranty: removing the factory grip or butt cap, modifying the handle (including PU inserts), or structurally altering the face, edge, or core.
