Bought Direct? You're Covered.
We only handle returns for paddles bought straight from foampickleball.com. Picked one up through a retailer or dealer instead? They'll need to process the return on their end — we're not able to accept returns for third-party purchases.
30-Day Return Window
You've got 30 days from delivery to start a return. Reach out to us with your name and order number and we'll get you sorted.
Return Fees
Never used it? Return it within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you minus a $20 restocking fee — just send it back in its original packaging and condition. Return shipping is on you.
Used it a bit? Still returnable in that same 30-day window, but with a $30 usage fee on top of return shipping. Paddles with real wear, damage, or mods aren't eligible.
Return shipping is always the customer's responsibility.
Paddle Condition & Modifications
Your paddle needs to come back close to how it left us — small additions are fine, structural changes aren't.
Totally fine: lead tape, edge guard tape, edge guard weights, and an overgrip layered on top of the factory grip.
Not fine: pulling off the factory grip, touching the butt cap, modifying the handle (PU inserts included), or any structural change to the face, edge, or butt cap.
Paddles that come back outside these guidelines may be charged an extra fee or turned away entirely.
